My Website on Google provides correct information about my MedX Genetic Services and contact information You need. You can just Google genetics dr polan and you will be on my MedX Genetic Services Website, where you can leave your Google review at any time.
Please note, Yelp platform keeps misleading You by providing false address of my Private Practice and allowing anybody to post review about my MedX Genetic Services without my acknowledgement or ability to respond as the owner of my Private Practice to their posted reviews. The address of my Private Practice which Yelp states to YOU as updated on the monthly bases has not existed since December 31, 2024. There is other incorrect information regarding my MedX Genetic Services on-line because the name of my Private Practice has been shortened or misused by some platforms the way that other businesses are mixed under the name of my Private Practice, especially other business reviews I have nothing to do with. It got better since I provided my feedback on-line to AI.

Dr. Polan is absolutely amazing and very thorough when explaining everything about my condition, she's the first doctor that's given me hope that I'll be able to be functional again. I'm extremely pleased with my experience so far with Dr. Polan. I unfortunately got sick during my appointment and had to cut my appointment a few minutes short, but Dr. Polan and her team rescheduled with me for later in the evening to make sure I received all the information I needed. I have never had a doctor go out of their way like that for me. Dr. Polan is also incredibly knowledgeable about the diagnoses we discussed (EDS, POTS, MCAS, ADHD), whereas most physicians are not. I am looking forward to going over the results of my genetic testing. I am an LPC and several of my clients have used Dr. Polan, as well, and have nothing but rave reviews.

Dr Polan is very thorough in her testing. For us busy moms she was very flexible and allows virtual visits and at home testing to do in he comfort of our home and send back. It made the process less stressful for my children and very accommodating for my busy schedule. Genetic testing takes time to get results/answers but if you’re patient she will find the answers.

I have had such a great experience with Dr. Polan. She explains things very well, understands her study, and can break things down with any uncertainty you may have. I appreciate the communication for appointments, and I love that we can do them virtually. Dr. Polan will talk through each result, whether its of significance or not, so I leave the appointments without regret of forgotten/unasked questions.

Dr Polan is an extremely intelligent and kind physician. She takes the time to explain what genetic testing is all about and how it will work.
She directed me in the best way to work with my insurance and the genetic labs and offered any assistance that I may need during the process.
At each of my appointments I always feel heard and understood, she took detailed notes and recalled information from one visit to the next.
She listed to my family history and my extensive medical history in order to help me make the best decisions on which tests to have as well as recommending genetic counseling the labs offer.
I high recommend Dr Polan!
Be patient about getting an appointment she is a specialists and you won't find someone with her expertise in a quick appointment scenario.
